Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Azimra Technologies Private Limited when you use SitePex services.
Last updated: 12 September 2026 · These terms apply to every SitePex order placed on or after this date. This document is a starting draft and has not been reviewed by a lawyer — have it checked before you rely on it.

1. Who we are
SitePex is a brand operated by Azimra Technologies Private Limited, a company registered in India with its registered office in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, GSTIN 33ABGCA3140H1Z4. In these terms, "we", "us" and "SitePex" mean that company, and "you" means the person or organisation named on the account.
By placing an order you accept these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy, which form part of this agreement.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate contact details and keep them current. We use the email address on your account for renewal notices, invoices, security alerts and service announcements, so an address you do not read is your risk, not ours.
You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including actions taken by anyone you give access to. Keep your password safe and enable two-factor authentication. Tell us immediately if you think your account has been compromised.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the authority to enter this agreement on behalf of an organisation.
3. Plans, pricing and renewal
All prices on this site are in Indian Rupees and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.
Introductory pricing and renewal. The price shown for your first term is an introductory rate. Your service renews at the renewal rate printed on the plan card at the time you ordered, and that figure appears on your order confirmation. We publish it before checkout precisely so it is never a surprise, and we email you in advance of every renewal.
A free domain included with a plan is free for the first year only and renews at our standard published domain rate.
Services renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. We email you in advance of each renewal. You can cancel at any time from your client area without contacting us and without a cancellation fee.
If you upgrade mid-term you pay the pro-rata difference for the remainder of the term. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
4. Payment and GST
Payment is due in advance. We accept UPI, RuPay, Visa, Mastercard and net banking through our payment provider; card details are handled by that provider and are not stored on our systems.
GST is charged at the applicable rate and shown separately on every invoice. If you are GST-registered, add your GSTIN to your account before the invoice is generated so you can claim input tax credit. We cannot reissue an invoice to add a GSTIN after the fact.
If a payment fails or a renewal invoice is unpaid, we may suspend the service after sending reminders. Data is retained for a grace period described in section 10.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use SitePex services to host, transmit or link to:
- Anything unlawful under Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made under it
- Child sexual abuse material, which we report to the authorities without notice
- Malware, phishing pages, spoofed login pages or command-and-control infrastructure
- Unsolicited bulk email, or content advertised by unsolicited bulk email sent from anywhere
- Material that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights
- Cryptocurrency mining, torrent trackers, public file-sharing services or proxy and VPN endpoints
- Attempts to gain unauthorised access to any system, ours or anyone else's
We investigate abuse reports. Where the breach is severe or ongoing we may suspend without prior notice; otherwise we contact you first and give you a reasonable chance to fix it.
6. Resource use
Shared hosting means many accounts share one server. Where a plan describes storage or bandwidth as unlimited, that means we do not meter it for normal website use — it does not mean a single account may consume resources to the point that other customers are affected.
If your account is affecting server stability we will contact you, explain what is causing it, and give you a reasonable period to resolve it or move to a larger plan. We suspend for resource use only where a site is causing immediate harm to others and we cannot reach you.
Shared hosting is not intended for running a hosting resale business, a public backup service, or long-running processes unrelated to serving a website.
7. Backups and your data
We take automatic backups at the frequency described on your plan, and you can restore from cPanel yourself. Backups are a convenience, not a guarantee: you remain responsible for keeping your own independent copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Your content is yours. We claim no ownership over anything you upload. We access your files only where necessary to provide support you have asked for, to investigate abuse, or where the law requires it.
8. Uptime
We target 99.9% network uptime measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance announced in advance, problems caused by your own code or plugins, and events outside our reasonable control. If we fall short over a full calendar month, contact support and we will credit your account pro-rata for the affected period. Credits are the sole remedy for downtime.
9. Domains
Domain registrations are governed by the policies of the relevant registry and ICANN, or NIXI for .in and .co.in, in addition to these terms. You are the registrant and you are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details — registries may suspend a domain with inaccurate WHOIS data.
Domain fees are paid to the registry at the moment of registration and are not refundable. Domains renew at the rate published on our domain pricing page.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, for breach of section 5, or where required by law. Except in cases of severe abuse we give notice and a chance to put it right.
After a service is cancelled or expires, data is retained for a short grace period and then deleted permanently. Download your backups before you cancel — we cannot recover data after deletion.
You may cancel at any time from your client area. Cancelling stops future renewals; refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
11. Refunds
Our Refund Policy sets out the 30-day money-back guarantee, what is excluded, and how to claim. It forms part of these terms.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, lost business or other indirect losses.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email and take effect no less than 30 days after that notice. If you do not accept a change, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund of the unused portion of your current term. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the change.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing here affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
