What we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Last updated: 12 September 2026 · Azimra Technologies Private Limited is the data fiduciary for the personal data described here. This is a starting draft and has not been reviewed by a lawyer — have it checked, and update it to match the trackers you actually run.

1. What we collect
| Category | Examples | Where it comes from |
|---|---|---|
| Account details | Name, email, phone, billing address, company name, GSTIN | You, at signup |
| Order records | Plans bought, invoices, payment status, refunds | Generated when you order |
| Payment data | Last four digits and card type only | Our payment provider — full card numbers never reach us |
| Domain registration data | Registrant name, address, email as required by the registry | You, when registering a domain |
| Technical data | IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, referrer | Automatically, when you visit |
| Support content | Tickets, emails, chat transcripts, anything you attach | You, when you contact us |
| Server logs | Access and error logs for your hosting account | Generated by the servers |
We do not ask for and do not want sensitive personal data. Please do not put passwords, financial records or identity documents into a support ticket unless we have specifically asked for them.
2. Why we use it
- To provide the service — creating accounts, provisioning hosting, registering domains, issuing invoices
- To support you — answering tickets, diagnosing faults, performing migrations you have requested
- To comply with law — GST records, registry and ICANN obligations, lawful requests from authorities
- To keep the platform safe — detecting fraud, abuse and attacks
- To communicate — renewal reminders, invoices, security and maintenance notices. These are service messages and you cannot opt out of them while you hold an account
- To improve and market — understanding which pages and ads lead to orders, and sending marketing email if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time
3. Cookies and advertising
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies:
| Type | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Keeping you signed in, remembering your cart, security. These cannot be switched off. |
| Analytics | Google Analytics, to understand which pages people use and where they leave. |
| Advertising | Google Ads and Meta Pixel, to measure which ads produce orders and to show ads to people who visited but did not buy. |
Advertising cookies let Google and Meta recognise your browser across sites. You can opt out through Google Ads Settings, through your Meta account settings, or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser. Doing so does not affect your ability to use or buy from this site.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors who need it to deliver the service:
- Payment providers — to take payment and handle refunds and chargebacks
- Domain registries and registrars — registrant details, as those bodies require, including publication in WHOIS where policy demands it
- Infrastructure providers — the data centres and upstream platforms that run our servers
- Email and helpdesk providers — to deliver mail and manage tickets
- Analytics and advertising platforms — as described in section 3
- Professional advisers and authorities — our accountant for GST filing, and law enforcement where we are legally required
5. Where data is stored
Account, billing and support records are held on systems that may be located outside India, and some of our hosting infrastructure and service providers operate internationally. Where data is transferred outside India we rely on contractual safeguards with those providers. If you need your website data to remain in a specific country, ask before you order and we will tell you what is possible.
6. How long we keep it
- Invoices and GST records — for the period Indian tax law requires, currently a minimum of eight years
- Account details — while your account is open, then for as long as needed for tax and dispute purposes
- Website data and backups — during your service and for a short grace period after cancellation, then permanently deleted
- Support tickets — typically three years, so we have history if a problem recurs
- Server logs — typically 30 to 90 days
7. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correct anything inaccurate or incomplete
- Delete data we no longer have a lawful reason to keep
- Stop sending you marketing email
- Explain a decision or a disclosure
Email [email protected] from the address on your account and we will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. Some data cannot be deleted on request — GST invoices, for example, must be retained by law, and domain registrant details are held by the registry rather than by us.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you may complain to the relevant data protection authority in India.
8. Security
We use encryption in transit, restrict staff access to what each role needs, enable two-factor authentication on administrative systems, and keep servers patched. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your data.
9. Children
Our services are for adults and organisations. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will remove it.
