Why we started
Indian web hosting has one pattern almost everybody follows. Advertise a very low first year, then send an invoice at two or three times that price twelve months later, when moving hosts feels harder than paying.
It works, in the sense that it makes money. It also produces a customer who feels tricked, and a support queue full of people asking why their bill changed. We would rather print the real number, keep the customer, and spend the time on running servers properly.
That is the whole idea: whatever term you buy renews at exactly that amount. It is on every plan card before you pay.

How we work
Four commitments that are easy to check, because you can hold us to all of them.
The renewal price is published
On every plan card, before checkout. If a price ever changes for new customers, existing customers keep the rate they signed up at.
No lock-in
Full cPanel and one-click backups from day one. If you leave, you take everything with you and you do not need our permission.
Support answers honestly
If something is our fault we say so. If a plan is wrong for what you are building, we tell you before you buy rather than after.
We are new, and we say so
SitePex started in 2026. We would rather be a young company that tells the truth than an old one that invents a track record.
What we run
Shared hosting on LiteSpeed with LSCache, NVMe storage and cPanel, sold in four plans. Starter and Plus cover websites and email. Pro and Max add SSH access, PHP exec(), one-minute cron jobs, daily off-server backups and Node.js or Python application hosting.
We also register and transfer domains, including .in and .co.in through NIXI-accredited channels, with the renewal price shown on the pricing table rather than discovered later.
What we do not do
We do not sell VPS or dedicated servers yet. When we do, it will be because we can support them properly, not because the page looked empty without them. If you need root access on your own machine today, we will happily tell you who does that well.
We also do not run fake countdown timers, invent customer numbers, or publish reviews we cannot show you the source of. If you see a claim on this site you would like evidence for, ask us and we will send it.
